Step 1 – Strategy Call

A 15-minute call, no credit pull. You leave knowing which loans fit and what to send me.

Step 2 – Pre-Approval That Holds Up

The application takes 10 to 15 minutes, and most pre-approvals go out the same day. See what my pre-approval includes.

Step 3 – Offer & Loan Structuring

When you find the house, I run the numbers on it and write your letter to the offer price.

Step 4 – Execution

Your file goes to underwriting within three days of the contract, and your agent hears from me when anything moves.

Step 5 – Closing & Beyond

The Closing Disclosure often goes out two weeks early. I have never missed a closing date.
